Good neapolitan Pizza .... I live in Italy and tasted many neapolitan pizzas in naples, rome, venice and many places in Italy. Making the Biga (fermented dough) is most important for a properly done Neapolitan Pizza dough. Bangalore has some good pizzerias serving authentic neapolitan pizzas .... Good to see this place .... Will definitely make a visit to this place soon ..... Thank you harry ji for this video.

The secret is the Authentic Italian polish,dough spreading Marzina Tomatoes and Baking style. Needs to better improvement/ practice with dough spreading. Stone baking is the best. The secret to sauce is bit of sugar in tomato sauce. Haven't tasted this pizza but can know from seeing this vdo for sure, that it's delicious yum pizza. Would brush olive oil to dough before baking. How much it cost?
