ay bro let me kno how shit goin over there. also can u book loads of external load boards? im at an owner op only company its same day pay as well no drop n hooks. i can book off any load board as well as tha company board.

It’s crazy cause I was just there on last week of May and I went for flatbed and they said they didn’t have no flatbed until July. Recruiter lies to much. But I’m stuck with Dryvan for now

That is crazy, because I was there since Memorial Day for about 3 weeks waiting on trailer tags and they have had orientation every week I was there and when I left a new orientation was getting ready to start.

Well, I'd say Mercer is a better-flatbed company than TSH, just because they are bigger and probably have more load choices.

Yes Mercer is most like Landstar. Load board, agents, ect.

How much are there van trailers a month. What the difference in lease or rent ?

I’m not sure how much the van rentals are but the only trailers you can lease are the Flatbed trailers.

So it's going to be like a who they { meaning the dispatcher } likes more whether you get a load or not. My guess is you are going to miss JB in a couple months if that. This is going to be a whole new world

Big bruh. How does it work if I own my own truck and trailer but I want to hire a driver . Can my driver get leased on with Mercer ?

Yes. Mercer has a fleet owner program. Just call recruiting and they will walk you through the steps needed. You will have to take your truck and trailer to Louisville to get inspected by them also

No. Forward facing only. My personal dash cam does the interior.

You can insta book, you can go on the board, commit to the load and then your coordinator will reach out to the agent and book the load for you once they confirm it’s still available
