Its a great video Sir. I completely agree with all the points you just explained. To start with, im already half way in my sailing career and i must say after everything i have been through, its a state of mind where i realized im now made a soldier and im very happy to say im coming back to my hometown after every sail, returning much stronger than before, trained to make responsive decisions in panic situations. Im happy to be my country's own man,thereby helping my country's economy in the time of a recession crisis arising. After all, its family we should stand for. Treat our crew with respect and explore the seas. Avoid human error onboard at all stakes. Thank you.
