I am a 16 year old Christian who is struggling with Anxiety and it is ruining my relationship with God. Today, Wednesday, May 29, 2024, I texted my Grandma asking her how she is able to put her faith and trust into God. She told me this was the song that was playing when I texted her that. I listened to it and realized that in the song it is somewhat asking how Jesus does what he does and why and it’s crazy that I asked my Grandma how she puts her faith and trust into God. She told me God probably would’ve wanted her to share the song with me and I’m glad she did. After listening I started bawling because of how connected I felt to the song and how the song kinda connected to what I asked my Grandma. I had never felt the feeling I felt when that happened. God and Jesus will always work in unexpected ways. This was no coincidence. I Love You Lord🙏❤️ and you too Grandma. Thank You Lord🙏❤️

This song has taken on such significance in my life. I can’t understand why God would allow my dad to die so soon. This song is incredible. How do we make sense of the senseless? How do we recover from a bomb blowing your life to smithereens and the only thing that you have left is the debris of the life you used to have? My dad was a pastor for over 60 years. And married to my mom for over 66 years. My dad raised vegetables for a food bank in Fargo, North Dakota. Over the years my dad raised over a million pounds of vegetables for the food bank. And do you think that my dad picked those million pounds of vegetables by himself? Nope, VCSU has a program where freshman learn about volunteering and helping out people who are less fortunate than ourselves. They would bring bus loads of students out to my dads farm and have an absolute blast picking mostly squash and other vegetables too.

It was 3 weeks ago that my dad left us. We never know why God allows things to happen. But know this. That when you get to heaven too that you will know why God took a loved one to heaven even though you weren’t ready for them to leave you. God will show you why it happened the way it happened. I know it’s hard to trust God in those circumstances when it hurts so much. Losing my dad has been the most painful experience of my life. But I put my faith in God that why it happened this way is what’s best. It sucks losing my dad 3 weeks ago today. But I know that God has what’s best for all of us. I still want my dad to be here to spend time with and play board games with. That God for every day that you are alive, and thank God for every day that your family and friends are alive too. Because any day anything can change.

I am dying from a rare illness that is shutting down my autonomic nervous system. It's not pretty and at times in truth I suffer unimaginably. I have to say that Elohim does indeed have me. It's me that often struggles with day to day faith. I have been a Christian political commentator for 12 years now.
