■レシピメモ
＜材料＞(約20本分)
プリッツ　適量
トッピングシュガー　お好みで
アラザン　お好みで
《メレンゲ》
卵白　35g
グラニュー糖　50g
食用色素　お好みで
＜作り方＞
①ボウルに卵白、グラニュー糖を加える。
②湯煎して混ぜながら砂糖を溶かし、50℃になったら取り出す。
③すぐに高速で泡立て、ツノができるかたさにする。
④少量ずつ取り分けて食用色素で色付けする。
⑤口金をいれた絞り袋にうつす。
⑥プリッツを口金に差し込み、絞りながら、ねじったりしながら引き出す。
⑦クッキングシートのうえにのせ、トッピングシュガーやアラザンをのせる。
⑧予熱したオーブンで110℃60分ほど焼いて乾燥させる。

35g egg white
50g granulated sugar

＜How to make＞
Add egg whites and granulated sugar to a bowl.
(2) Dissolve the sugar while stirring over hot water, and remove when the temperature reaches 50℃.
(3) Whisk immediately at high speed to form a horn.
(4) Divide the mixture into small portions and color them with food coloring.
(5) Put into a squeeze bag with a mouthpiece.
(6) Insert the Pritz into the mouthpiece and pull it out while squeezing and twisting.
⑦Place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with topping sugar or alazan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 110℃ for about 60 minutes to dry.
