I am proud to have been associated with the Ujjivan story in one of its most challenging phases as the Small Finance Bank from 2017 to 2022 as one of its Independent Directors, when I did witness the incredible grit and gumption of its founder Samit Ghosh, which steered the institution out of its continuing ordeal.
