The session was worth listening and highly informative. Mergers and Acquistions is one such important legal arena wherein there is a lot of scope for a lawyer to grow professionally and conducting a webiner on this was appreciable and worthy enough. I'm an intern for the September batch. I found this video to be quite enriching especially the way Mr. Deepak breaks down this broad and technical subject into simple, comprehensible terms, covering important areas and ending with the role of an Advocate in M&As of Corporates. Would like to have a session with him on yet another niche area of law- GST Act.
