Till today, I never understand why a singer ask rhythmist to increase tempo once song has started. And particularly in this duo, 2 different singers with 2 different mood, on screen 2 different actresses, with same tempo. This duo is only in soundtrack, not in CD or cassette. Well tried by both the singers. Orchestra is just superb. Hats off to Mayur ji.

let me acknowlege both ladies did wonderful justice to the evergreen song and also let me share with all that i have been listening this since i was young young in the melodic voice of my father (late)Col Aftab Hussain died couple of years ago .HE sang this song even before he breathed last at the age of 90 among many other old indian songs . I STRONGLY FEEL that my love for music has been inspired from my father . LUCKILY i also joined PAK ARMY . i also at times played harmonium while he sang GOOD OLD MEMORIES .I have just now started commenting .this is my maiden . my apologies for mistakes and poor typing ,nrver done on computer .I ALSO like to congrats Harsukhbhai Soni and Hiren Patel for bringing these old and gold memories to me and all music lovers like me all over the world .Thanks and God bless you all

One of the best Live singing and orchestration in my lifetime for 15 Minutes...this ousted even Legendary singers in LIVE singing I hope One day I will meet all of you when I am in India visiting Kutch from Ahmedabad...Outstanding I must have listen this song and several other songs so many times...because I know LIVE singing and orchestration is not easy and there is no point of retunes as Studio allows. Please keep up the good work big round of plows to the Sound engineer on mixer Board.

The first and second Stanza and the title song "Meri vina tum bin roye... ' based on Raag Ahir Bhairav as it seems and the rest of the Stanzas and Mukhada is a composition that no one can produce these days...The Ghazal Samraat Madan Mohan who contributed such gems to Hindustani Sangeet is unmatched.. SO many decades after that....all these artists of today have brought the Karishma back to life. I feel like I am in studio in the presence of late Madan Mohan Saahab. Bela Sulakhe and Sarita Rajesh...and all other vaadaks did a phenomenal performance which is praiseworthy. Second section by Sarita Rajesh has Antara/Stanza 3 and 4, in Raag Khamaj, as it seems. Third section of the track, back to Bela Sulakhe, starts with a shaayri( Na gila hoga, Na Shikwa Na shikayat hogi, Arz hai chhoti si soonlo tau Inaayat hogi) and this section seems to be back in Ahir Bhairav. Fifth and Sixth Antara/Stanza are in this section. The Mukhada portion of this section takes Taal Dadra in the ending of 5th and 6th Antara/Stanza while the rest is in Keharwa. I feel like I have just visited the full recording under Madan Mohan live session ! I will be watching this countless times, will write it down in my composition book so that this will become one more platform for my Riyaz/Chhota Khayal, be it on harmonium or banjo.
