Magar index and middle finger full sunscreen lagayein.itna sara ek saath nhi lagaana hai. Pehle ek finger length jitna lagaaye and then fir thodi der baad jab wo absorb hojaye to dobara utna hi lagaayein.chaahe thand ho ya garmi itna sun screen lagaana hi hai. And isko neck tk lagaana hai aapne. Issey na sirf tanning se balki aur bhi skin issues jaise pimples, spots se bhi aapki skin bachi rahegi aur poora face and neck ek hi shade ka lagega. Also, please oil based moisturizer ke saath water based sunscreen na use karein warna wo skin pe theek se baithega nhi.kyuki oil and paani mix nhi hote. Aap log silicon based sunscreen bhi le skte hain. Ussey aapko koi pore clogging nhi hogi. But raat ko sone se pehle usey hata zarur le ache se.

I've heard from someone that the sunblock effect lasts for 2 to 3 hours, and we have to re-apply the sunblock at a gap of 2 to 3 hours. What do you say? Is it right?
