- I use a re-shade preset by @Harrie • The Sims 4: ReShade Mo...
( I have made few edits to this preset, I turned off both LiftGammaGain and Colourfulness and I turned on LumaSharpen )

Could you possible make a home for a vampire, mermaid, alien, ( and maybe plant sim) roommates. Basically all of the supernaturals. I think you would make it really cool

For the Apartment idea you should chose the one in uptown with the pool on the bottom floor and instead of one mermaid it can be a lot of them that are like in hiding and wanna see the city life outside of the water! That way they have the pool to keep them hydrated! Love this build so much it’s so cute!!!!

I don’t know about mermaids mourning fish, but I do know, if they are a child of the ocean, they can’t eat fish or go fishing without getting a negative moodlet

use one of the double storey penthouses so that you can build a pool for mermaid. If you have a mermaid, he/she will keep wanting to go swim. It is quite painful make the mermaid keep using a bathtub.

I dont know which apartment would suit a mermaid, but i think you could put a hot tub in the one you choose so the mermaid has access to water. Also, i think some of the items from the movie hangout stuff pack gives off mermaid vibes while being a different style than island living.

I would love the apartment for a mermaid video! And also, mermaid is my fav life state, and it’s so awesome that you can leave out so many things like if your mermaid is living alone or with other mermaids you don’t need bedrooms, bathrooms (other than toilets) and it’s just so cool

I feel like they'd eat fish lol. Sharks eat fish, and mermaids can have those sharp teeth so it seems like they are predatory. (The really important discussions, here 😂)

This is STUNNING! I love all the colors and the bright airy nature of all the spaces. Really beautiful, I feel so inspired I might try doing builds, which I have not actually done up to this point.

This is such a cute little home, I'm loving all the Sulani content right now! I didn't know about all the debug seashells, but I really need to go get them and put them EVERYWHERE!
