MERRY CHRISTMAS COOKIES
RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 Cup Red Candied Cherries
1 Cup Green Candied Cherries
2 Cups Walnuts
2 Cup Pecans
2 Slices each of Red, Yellow and 2 Green Candied Pineapples
2 Sticks Butter
3 Eggs
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
3 Cups Self Rising Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Direction:
Chop all fruit and nuts.
Melt Butter, mix sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, then add eggs and milk. Add flour and mix well then add fruit and nut.
Spray pan and place teaspoon to tablespoon size on pan, depending on how big you want your cookies.
Bake 300 to 350 degrees depending on your oven.
My cookies baked better on 300 for around 20 minutes.
Everyone's oven bake different.
