Great shots at West Kirby of 507001, 507002 & 507003. Hopefully 507003 will return to passenger service soon.

Gosh those 507/8 just sounded like the 313’s we had that are now gone all scrapped

The 507/508's may not be as technically advanced or economic to run and maintain as the new 777's ..... but they have bagloads of "character". The 777's front end looks more like a city tram than a heavy rail train.
