🌎 Mesquite is located in Dallas County and was first established by the state and the Pacific Railway in 1873. However, the city of Mesquite wasn't officially incorporated until 1887, which at the beginning had a modest growth given the agriculture focus. But fast forward to the present day, Mesquite is home to over 140,000 residents and is a thriving suburban community, which we will also need to make note, that the premiere attraction to this city is the Mesquite Championship Rodeo, which is a nationally televised event and is a big deal in the rodeo community.

The North Mesquite area really needs to repave several of the main roads. It almost feels like you need an off road vehicle to drive on them. the school system has a uniform dress code. Im glad it wasn't like that growing up in the 80s/90s. And it really is sad seeing any home being worth above $190k. Most homes were built in the 1960s and to remodel the inside but not the driveway or exterior? smh

Great video, very professional and awesome flow. However, the content was generic. I only say that because I’m from Mesquite. If you’d like to redo it though, I’d be happy to help. And your thumbnail of the Seagoville video was a picture of the prison.

I was raised in mesquite in the 80' s it was great back then now it's a shit hole so don't let this men lie to you crime is bad all the illegal immigrants they don't fix the Streets .it sad to see go down Hill ...😢

It sucks. Affordable housing is dying because of landlords buying up the houses and jacking the rent up, the cops harass you, there’s trash everywhere, crackheads loiter gas station parking lots, pets get stolen out of yards, etc. MESQUITE SUCKS
