fun fact!! on time 9:14, they wouldnt plug it back in. there is a law (in real life) that states, if any person survives the electric chair, they are freed, with no charges, the reason why they have that rule is mainly because, nobody has ever survived the electric chair!!!!!!

Just a little note to Gloom: If a convict survives the electric chair, they are free to walk. That is a real-life rule when it comes to that execution. It's just never come into play because nobody has ever survived it. Also, the dead guy was able to still hold the book because of rigor mortis. His hand would have locked up shortly after death and stayed that way.

I believe rigor mortis is the process of the muscles relaxing after you’ve been dead for a long time. When you first die, your muscles lock up, and if you’re holding anything you will for a long time. 🙂👍

Rigor mortis is actually the stiffening of the muscles after death. (Rigor - Rigid) This occurs several hours after dying, starting with the face, and then the body relaxes again about a day or two after death. You may be thinking of a cadaveric spasm which I believe would be unlikely to occur in this case, however, I am not an expert.

I have an explanation for the last one. Ok so first when a person dies there body freezes almost so the will of course be holding on to what ever they were holding on to. Unlike when you sleep you will have a better possibly of dropping it. And the guy when he jumped in knocked over the dudes drink which looked like blood as you can see from the bit on the cup.

I assume you're referring to rigor mortis when you say the body freezes? If so, there's an issue with that explanation. It takes around 3 hours for a body to start seizing up.

I've never known one personally. I've heard that an extra finger or toe are fairly common, given population numbers. They're usually malformed and removed soon after birth, but occasionally they can have a degree of function, usually being connected to the movement of the adjacent finger/toe. Very rarely they can be fully formed, including a working join and tendon. Usually they just contain cartilage though. If you know someone with a working extra digit, that's awesome and I hope they enjoy having their quirk! All I have are malformed (locking double jointed) thumbs and the pinky/ring finger connections are different between my hands. Fun talking point but nothing extraordinary.
