Magic tool of the early 60s. Thanks David! We sometimes say in the form of praise: Keep it up! I'll say: So sound! Так держать! Я скажу: Так звучать!

Love your version of Magneto - is there anyway I can get the backing track ? I bought the Squier JM in surf green after watching you. Love it. Keep up the great work !

I've been thinking about making backing tracks available, so stay tuned.

Great job David! The reverb sounds great! Had you tried other reverbs? How long did it take you to master Garage band? Keep it up!
@anotherheadlessdemo2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I have several reverb pedals and there are two reverbs in Garageband I use all the time. One is a very authentic sounding spring reverb. It took a little while to master Garageband and I'm still learning as I go!

@@anotherheadlessdemo One other question... what do you use for an interface between the guitar and Mac, or do you mike your amp?

Could I get your opinion on something? I bought a CV Jazzmaster and will upgrade it with J mascis pickups. I play in a traditional reverb drenched band (The Babalooneys) and need a good guitar to play overseas. I don’t want to bring my Jaguar. The CV pickups just can’t handle a reverb unit trough a Showman amp. Do you think the J Mascis will be able to endure the volume and reverb?
@anotherheadlessdemo Жыл бұрын
The J Mascis pickups do not sound like traditional Jazzmaster pickups. They have way more output and midrange (like P-90s). I'm not sure how they will sound with a reverb unit however. If you are interested in a traditional Jazzmaster sound, you might want to try Fender Pure Vintage '65 pickups or something similar. I used to gig with my J Mascis all the time, but have recently switched back to my CV because of the JMJM pickups.

What are you using for reverb and trem on these?
@anotherheadlessdemo2 жыл бұрын
I'm using an Oceans 11 reverb pedal and a plugin called PlatinumVerb. The trem is a plugin from Garageband calledTotal Tremolo.
