I remember I had a match at the same time as this cup final and didn’t get to see it live. After the game I got on my phone and the first thing I saw was “Messi’s best goal ever?” with a picture of him celebrating with Dani Alves. I had a million different possibilities running in my head, what could he have possibly done this time? Then I saw the replay and he somehow exceed my expectations. What a goal, what a player. Greatest there’s ever been hands down
