You can download most of these mods off CKAN, but the rest you might have to go on KSP forums or SpaceDock. Also, if you do decide do pay for Blackrack's mods, dont make the same mistake as me, and make sure to delete EVE and Scatterer (The gamedata file for Stock Volumetric Clouds contains its own versions).
