However, the plaintiff claims the defendant hasn’t paid her back for the loans, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff is incredibly unprofessional, and he never agreed to pay her back. The defendant is countersuing for false advertising and posting videos without his consent.

I am a female about JM's age and I've never heard of him or his songs. And I agree with another post: if it's so great, why do I need to go look it up? Update: I just saw the video on KZfaq of that song and it *is* very embarrassing. And I remember very few disco songs that: involved God or that were a single line repeated over and over. I need to go watch a Bee Gees video over and over until I get this strange song out of my mind.

She should have had a contract from the beginning which spelled out EXACTLY what her responsibilities would be. I kind of believe she did the things for his children as a way of buttering him up. The other things he wanted, like picking up his outfits and musical supplies, actually is a managers job. Also, having security remove her because she's drunk is not a good look for the Plaintiff.

Picking up his outfits and musical supplies isn't the role of a manager. Things like that are always designated to a personal assistant. If that's what he wanted, he should have been clear. And if she didn't want to do those, she too should have been clear.

He always looks like that since he’s been videotaping from home. There have been a couple of times I’ve gasped when he came on the screen he looks so tore up. They say people let themselves go when they switched to working from home and he’s the perfect example. He wears this little white, too tight shirt for every episode and never combs his hair. 🙄

I'm a hairdresser and personally like grey hair. No matter how well someones skin ages I find when men and women colour their hair (brows/ facial hair)the darkest brown or black it ends up looking a bit like Lego hair and obviously fake. I recently finally convinced one of my male clients to stop colouring his hair/brows (he's almost pure white/silver) and he's since told me that the compliments keep coming. It's been great for his self esteem and he genuinely looks so much better. I tend to mix lots of fine foils and baby-lights in with the all over tint colour when covering grey hair as it gives a much softer and more natural appearance which is definitely more flattering. By all means, colour your grey hair, just don't make it look like a cheap wig as you have to wear it 24/7.

WHAT? The judge doesn't understand the difference with posting something on your own FaceBook page and posting on KZfaq, there is a BIG difference, and seeing as it was an UNAUTHORISED publication and distribution, he should have been awarded damages, especially as it was a bad video and got negative reviews. The judge is sometimes out of date with her thinking and really dropped the ball with this one...

Traditionally, black singers (especially in the 1920’s-80’s) have been disproportionately screwed out of record sales/ticket sales/royalties. Big time. Many of the great blues/Motown singers of the 60’s and 70’s are penniless because of extremely unscrupulous “managers” and record labels.

No publicity is bad publicity. Oddly enough, Carol Douglas and Sharon Brown were also on the People's Court. I wonder if this was Judge Milian's way of helping her forgotten teenage musical heroes. Not only for appearance, but as we age we have bone loss and then it’s impossible to eat making your health decline quickly. My hope is for insurance companies to cover all dental procedures in the future.
