These scammers must go through a job interview when applying. How on earth do they get accepted ? Is there any training, like how to walk over to another on the phone with a customer, and grab the phone, and talk having no clue what was said before ? Are they trained to talk when the customer is talking ? Are they told always spell instead of saying words they want you to type, or is it because they can't pronounce the words ? If they can't form a coherent sentence, does that instantly qualify them ?
