NOT the MET Police that many would recognise these days as proper policemen. Under SadIQ Khan and Mark Rowley they have become so anti British by the actions they have shown to everyone over the past few months in particular. A fair few of those currently serving shouldn't be allowed to be Police Officers IF they can't police our capital city fairly to all and clearly as things stand they certainly are not doing that. SadIQ Khan has destroyed the London many of us used to love, it's changed beyond any recognition. I'm 71 and fear for what's left of our country and how it will be for my grandchildren and their children to follow.

Heavy Duty Police ( baseball cap crew) pull women by force, some two brutes to one woman and drag them back to protect the GIMMEGRANTS into their 5 star accommodation. Ireland waking up. Watched your St George’s Day Celebration and cried with joy seeing you lovely English peaceful people coming together. I was having a discussion with a Police officer about a young lad who was stopped on his bike. I was very surprised how quickly the officer tried to escalate the situation and became very hostile towards me. It seems like the default setting is to be combative and make any situation worse.

I was in Whitehall like many others. Thank you Paul for raising your head above the parapet. The Police FAR outnumbered the patriots celebrating St Georges Day. They all looked like they were spoiling for a reaction and a fight. They did not want to speak to the people gathered. Back in the day, old school police would talk and engage with the public. Where has that gone? This was a celebration NOT a march NOT a demonstration. Radical reform of the police is needed. They are there to serve the people not some woke left leaning ideology. A Constable is a Citizen, locally appointed, and having authority under the Crown, for the protection of life and property, the maintenance of order, and the prosecution of offenders against the Peace. It was the first of many definitions we had to learn when I joined the Police in 1965, and I still remember them now. On my first morning at Training School we were out in PT kit clearing deep snow off the Parade Ground before an hours PT. During the first weeks they ran us ragged, the Drill Sergeant was picked for his mean streak, and Guards background, ours was Gil Small from Birmingham City, he was anything but small and his language was not polite. He had a nose for the pushy or bolshy recruit and homed in on them to see how far they could be pushed, if they could not contain it they were sent to pack their bags. The quiet ones were brought out however. Perhaps the Met needs to show their recruits what some heavy handed treatment feels like. I don't think that even Military discipline is what it was, it is absolutely necessary that Police Officers have self discipline,, or they are no better than street rabble.

Typical bullying behaviour. Most of the protesters were peaceful, and many older folks and children. But there was more of them than there were marchers so they charged in. But when they are outnumbered on Saturdays they shrink away. That's what bullies do. Pick on weak targets and fawn to stronger opponents. What a disgrace.

I arrived there shortly after 3pm, so didn't see the fracas outside the pub. My impression overall was that the police were bored and possibly frustrated. They'd spent time getting kitted out in all the gear they don't wear on Saturday afternoons, but had no opportunity to use it. The aggression they showed outside the pub was simply for the news and for no other reason. The ONLY way to get rid of Khan is for every patriot to vote for his biggest rival, Susan Hall. If her vote is spread around other parties, Khan will have a walkover and we can't survive another 4 years like the last 8.

There we were, my wife, my mate and me. We enjoyed being in Whitehall with all our like minded people. Me and my mate both have walking sticks, but after about an hour we decided to go and have a drink somewhere, but the smug police stopped us from crossing the road. How pathetic is that!!!!. The cozzers were looking for trouble all day and even had 2 helicopters flying around the sky all day!!.. We were all enjoying ourselves, that's all we did, and the cozzers didn't like it!

The Police should have been celebrating with the crowd as they did in the Notting Hill carnival as it their saint as well as ours, that was totally disgusting and as you said Paul they should be ashamed as they are British and to be like that towards their own people makes me angry that they are being manipulated by Khan, not long now before the KHANAGE is finished on May 2!!!!!!!!
