Great information. Need glucose to ketone ratio at 1:1 or 1:1+. No refined carbs,oils and lower carb intake in general and up antioxidants! Also, lower stress, get sleep, get vitamin D

What are your thoughts on Imvexxy vaginal inserts? It was prescribed for me for vaginal dryness. I am 58 and past menopause. However, I spotted on and off for several months. My doctor did an endometrial biopsy and it came back clear. I am not sure about inserting this cream. I would love to know your thoughts.

Well they also drink green tea 5 to 6 times a day. There are plenty of other good stuff too. Got to see the who picture
