Somewhere out there there should be a full sample pack, but this is the one I used (it'll also show you the origins of some of these samples too. @@TheDocRobotIt's real weird, the ORIGINAL TEXT-ONLY CREEPYPASTA with described him as having a "Kefka-like" laugh, or something. So, fan games just took the SNES sfx and called it a day
