As a guitar player, the lower E string on the guitar in the clip has been detuned to D. You don't like Tony Iommi and Black Sabbath? He tuned the whole guitar down a minor third down to C#. @@Prototheria , I know what your talking about but no matter what you need vocals cause you need structure to make a song, then the audience will lose attention, no matter what they are great musicians, there very good but they need some frontmann kind of like Sebastian Bach from Skidrow. But they kick butt.🤘
@Prototheria3 ай бұрын
@@JuanSanchez-wj8yi So a song like Orion doesn't have structure because no vocals? Song structure is simply the order in which the sections are played in, and how often each one is repeated. Vocals do not determine structure; their only involvement in structure is that they lend names to two sections- chorus and verse. And even if there aren't vocals, there are still verses and choruses because that's what those types of sections are called. Orion has verses and choruses, so does Call Of Cthulhu, and so does every classical piece written over the centuries Saying vocals are required for structure is like saying a math equation isn't a math equation if it doesn't include an exponent.

The guitarist is definitely skilled had a good mix of old and new chops. Mixes them seamlessly. The drummer is good, keeps it simple, I am sure he can put more into it but it's also one of those things where not over playing on the kit really allows for the other instruments to be heard.
