Thanks! And I'm happy to hear it. I just don't believe the hype with some of this metal detecting equipment. $130 for a shovel? Yeah give me mine any day of the week..best $20 I've spent😂

i keep tellin myself im going to go do a low/mid (nickel) tone day but then i remember my love for old coins lol… i do need to work on my first gold find though ! awesome find !

That first gold find will certainly lead to many more! I too am a big fan of old coins, particularly silvers lol. After 18 months of detecting I'm at 6 gold rings with 3 being on the legend in 2024. I may not find gold rings to be better than silver but they sure make the investment of time worthwhile!

Hey Chrissy, so this video was made right before 1.14 came out. I'm still running 1.11 at the moment but I just posted a video on 1.14 v 1.11. I think deep target is the best feature they added to it. Wasn't very impressed with beast mode itself unfortunately

😆 We all get stuck in that loop! I still find myself going for high tones first at a spot then sifting through the lows once they dry out
