That's a great hunt John.. It's been a long time since I dug a Barber Quarter, more than a year. Like your humor, and don't forget me when your sitting on that beach with an umbrella drink sitting in the shade of a coconut tree and your feet buried in the sand.

Hello John. Congrats on that Barber Quarter! It's interesting....many of those black tarnished silvers seem to sound off like they're way deeper than they are. At any rate, great digs!

Well done John! That B 1/4 will clean up ok, I reckon. Once all the Legend up-dates are applied and NM bring out the SP24 size coil for it, it will be a real 'hand-full'. Good to see the FTP 12" coil on your T2. I expect that coil will remain in U.S, sadly...It seems a good coil....btw, Tin is a non-ferrous precious metal. It no rust. Tin X Copper= Bronze.. ( I'm a former Cornish tin miner, remember).

Thanks Tim! I guess I was going off the "tin roof rusted" from the crazy B-52's song "Love shack" lol. When they come out with the 9x5 coil...it will rarely come off the stem.

@@thehuntergt Absolutely agree John re: 9x5DD. When I hear that Legend will be available with all respective up-dates included, plus the 9x5 I think I'll buy the non-pro package plus that 9x5.

My 1887 seated dime first ever was ringing straight clad dime. I've also noticed wheaties Indians and zinc pennies all ring around the same as well. I thought wheaties rung higher like a small copper penny.

Early wheats will ring up zinc range like IHP...most 40's and 50's will ring up like copper. I don't think they had the whole copper purity part in check for a decade or so.

Hey Hunter good to see a video from you. Don't get blessed with these much anymore. I know what you mean about the Honker man we got lots of them here in Arkansas to. Whenever I try to go out to my favorite walking spot they're always in the middle of the path. LOL. Finally coming back home for real. Leaving Arkansas Friday. Should be back in Chico by Sunday Monday. Can't wait to get back to all my favorite metal detecting spots. It's just too damned lonely being here by myself. Want to go back and be around my brother my best friend and my youngest son. Take care man have a great Memorial weekend. Hope you're doing well.

@@thehuntergt thanks Hunter! I appreciate the concern. Yeah California is definitely crazy and getting Crazier by the minute. But that's where I was born and that's where I'm going to die. Can't wait to get back up into the Feather River Canyon where I found lots of nice things over the years. Lots of rings bracelets old coins lots of cool stuff lot of artifacts lot of cool things to be found in the Feather River Canyon along with gold.

Thanks Jerry. It is a really good coil. Thin for water hunters...no fins make it super light...resin on bottom is as hard as glass so no cover needed. Great stuff.
