@TheBubbles069 I run my tool at about 360,000rpm. Fast is good on metal, it keeps the bits from "digging in".

Engraving is removing metal to form a decorative pattern.

Sittinggoose..It is not possible to know everything about every craft . My comments are not derogatory. I am pointing out that the mix of small and large capitals mixed randomly with lower case letters seems odd to me.I dont think you could present any photos which show traditional engraving in any field which would tolerate this type of mix of letters.

Well, "Roman Dybala" I guess you ought to go read up on your scripts - Irish Gaelic was never written in Roman script, hence when the Roman script did come to Ireland the Irish chose to use the letters as they saw fit. In other words, there is absolutely nothing wrong with combining capitals and small letters. Instead of pontificating you should check your facts first.

It is odd to see the mixing of large and small capitals in the quotes. The skill of the engraving is excellent but the use of small and large capitals is not to be condoned. Do some research. Kids learn about capitals very early in their education.

Normal" people dont worry about such things in this application! A lower case r doesn't have the same visual impact of the upper case R! It's quite simple really! This is an attempt to catch the eye! Not pass grammar school! If artists did not take certain liberties, then art would be pretty darn dull! Enjoy the fact that this man is sharing his craft in a professional, well done manner!
