I really like how the first boss is a Metal Gear and the final boss is a politician.

I feel like people miss the point of this song in the greater sense. In mg3 they talk about how artillery with the mobility of infantry would change the tide of war. Thus the metal gear program was created. However as time passes and each new metal gear is destroyed, attention is driven towards a new program. Cybernetic soldiers. Rather than artillery with the mobility of infantry now it’s infantry with the power of artillery. Rules of nature is literally the game telling you that metal gears are obsolete in the new world and that cybernetic soldiers are the future. I know it’s a meme but raiden and the winds of destruction members are literally weapons to surpass metal gear. Hell, Sam killed a metal gear ray model without even needing cybernetics. (As a bonus this also explains why the ray we fight during the beginning doesn’t have any nuclear weapons or why at the end Armstrong is riding in a metal gear with no nuclear capability. Excelsus and ray aren’t being used for the reason metal gears were built for on purpose because they aren’t needed for that purpose anymore.) When people say this game needs a sequel I say hold up, think about it, what made this game legendary, the epic moments, Raiden, the characters in general and especially the dialog that has so much shitposting potential, jet stream Sam and the star of the show senator Armstrong I'm not saying that a sequel couldn't be good, but I genuinely belive that nothing can come close to what this game accomplished in building a community
