The first album of my Metal Gear Solid Piano Collections set, I always loved the Final Fantasy Collections and there is a lack of piano versions of the soundtrack of MGS, lot of the popular ones are covered but not the others so I thought I would start doing this, I will do Metal Gear Solid 2, 3 and 4, playing the entire soundtrack on Piano.
A couple of tracks were omitted, Discovery because I don't remember that music from the game, and one of the Intruder ones that was only sound effects.

Lucas, this piano version bring me a lot of good memories. I'm from Brazil, i played metal gear since my 8 years old. So nostalgic!! It's a shame that is not appreciated for more people. Thank man! Awesome work. Big boss would be proud of you

Sometime i would have liked if they let Solid snake die in MGS 4. With Flashbacks on the entire Solid snake Games. And the main theme played like this. It would have make the scenes so good it would have been so sad. Anyway Great Work.

Lucas King 4 ended with Snake visiting Big Boss' grave and was about to end himself by his own hands before the FoxDie inside him would evolve and kill basicly everyone he'd ever been in contact with, but then Big Boss approaches, CQC's Snake into a hug and tells him about what Major Zero did and the Patriots, and all before he kills Major Zero (which is there in a wheelchair) by turning off his life support and suffocating him, and eventually dies himself after revieling that the FoxDie wouldn't evolve and kill everybody anyway, so Snake don't have to end himself. Merryl and Akiba get's married as well.

Ruben1994OL Personally I still believe they put to much stuff a the end of the game. They should have made another MGS with snake Before ending his story line. I hope we are going to see Zero in 5 because i want to see him be the guy who created the patriot etc. Because From what i remember from MGS 3 he was cool and funny. And don't take this wrong i am a huge MGS Fan its my favorite series alongside Halo and resident evil. Because without seeing the guy creating the patriot i have hard time believing he did such horrible thing. Like Big boss that i can wait to see fall in MGS V.

Umbrella4117 I agree. But I think Hideo delibertely made the 4th the way he did to start cutting ropes. He's done with Snake's story, there's really not that much more to add this his storyline, so now Big Boss is up. He's announced multiple times that "this game will be my last MGS" to most of the MGS' ever since the PS2, but the crowd keeps wanting more and he succumbs to the peer pressure, probably because of career/political reasons. I think he used the PSP games like Peace Walker to build up for the grand finale MGSV. What's not told in MGSV will probably stay untold, at least from Hideo. So chances are you'll hear and see Major Zero in the 5th game, and I suspect he'll play a major role (see what I did there?) in the plot of it. Not Liquid in MGS1 kind of major role, but more like a Vamp in MGS2 kinda major. At least that's what I suspect.

This is amazing, I listen to it (among all of your other videos) while I read books! Instrumental is the best for that kind of thing if you listen to music at all while you read. Are you sharing the image at all? I was hoping that if you were willing you'd share the exact image you used for the main video/thumbnail?

The real Big Boss died in MGS4 I don't remember well, but I think that the Big Boss who died in the original MG is Venom Snake

I think you are the only one that plays the real MGS1 main Theme , in other videos they say they're playing mgs1 Theme but they actually play the mgs2 version. Do you have a tutorial for the main Theme?

the quality could be a bit more clearer and not this warm. Sounds like you play against a wall. Well, half the game is about hugging walls, but also echoing footsteps in big cold hallrooms. I'd have used triple the amount of reverb

Too different. I understand that you can ofc not imitate all the songs 100% with the paino; but even enclosure sounds too different and altered. Just name them 'MGS OST piano resynthesis' or smt
