Sup guys! I know, it's been a while... At first I couldn't decide which song to make, then I ran into a bunch of problems with my PC and Pro Tools, and all of this kinda turned me into a lazy bum, so it took me forever to make this cover in the end... But I'm just making excuses, I still gotta work on that discipline and I need to stop hesitating on which song to make for weeks.
That being said, I also felt like taking it easy after the insane week that followed FJ7X's contest announcement. To be completely honest, I'm kinda disappointed I only received an honorable mention, I wanted all that juicy visibility, but whatever, I guess next time I'll have to stop caring about playing/mixing well and get myself a green screen and "exotic" instruments (no offense, hehe).
About this one, it was my biggest challenge to arrange yet, as both original songs are orchestral arrangements with weird electronic percussions and noises, which made them quite difficult to interpret. I think I still managed to keep an authentic feel while keeping things interesting. Just like my Great Sea cover, this one also has an actual solo, which could have been more elaborate, but it does the job I guess. Let me know what you think.
Now let's see if I can finally come up with a new cover in 2-3 weeks like I originally planned. (I still have a bunch of anime stuff I want to cover, could be the next one)
