There are very very few people left on the planet that can speak Gaelic. It is very nearly a dead language. Which is terribly sad because language is such a vital part of cultural heritage.

Back then, in 2006 or 2005 first time in my life i played through Mgs3, cuz im russian i didnt understood much, but oh boy.... that ending just broke my heart, like big bosses,i never ever cried to a game, and this is a thing, Hideo's games has its own magic, or like you said - soul.

The first time I played it was in 2003 when I was 6 years old, since that moment I falled in love... now I'm 24 and still playing all the metal gear saga.

It has been stated that Kojima first came up with the concept of Snake and Metal Gear after seeing Escape From New York a film that at the time people saw as just another movie. But Kojima felt the story in the film was more than just that. I was 17 when this game came out as well and knew even then this game would be cherished years later as it was a glimpse of a very plausible future that ended up being very close to our present reality.

I play since 1998 just like you ( I have 38) and since the demo I got hooked on this game I really love it and I consider everyone who loves it my friends. There are plenty of games with other languages used for ending themes, especially JRPGs. Off the top of my head, I know ones that are in Portuguese, Italian, Swedish.. sounds cool I guess?
