Getting Metamaterials to rank up SCPP, plus already having Wormhole researched, made getting the others easier for me. If I had the regular SC it would probably be even easier but I didn’t finish Huey’s story yet

i extracted cyber and mecha specialist and did a few missions and then it worked

You need to assign them to your R&D unit and they also must be out of the sick bay and/or brig.

Yeah I have no idea what happened. I extracted the Cybernetics specialist with a wormhole, and they apparently weren't there. Seriously, I checked all my staff and they weren't there. Not in R&D, not in sick bay, not in the brig, nowhere. They're just gone.

I know this comment is from 2 years ago but if you didn't find him he's in a dark alleyway in the bad side of town. Look behind a dumpster and you'll find a secret door. Knock on it 3 times and MAKE SURE the last knock is at least one second delay from the first two. Once you're in then make your way down the stairs make a left turn then a right turn 2 times then stand in place for 5 seconds and repeat the word Donkey gum 8 times. You'll see a wall move out of the way to show you a path. you must follow it for 1 mile and at the dead end you must close your eyes for 10 seconds and when you open them he'll be right there in front of you. He usually charges 20 dollars for most of his merchandise which isn't bad considering how much you get :-)

It's Malak. After you extract him, miller's gonna place him in sickbay. You need to move him to rnd manually so his ability will be added to your team.
