@@alessandroapuzzo1852 its because after the initial novelty of the stealth mechanic you then realize how shallow and pointless majority of it is. have your combat deployment take out enemy supplys for helmets. research the silencer. then just hs everyone in the nearly empty outpost before going in. why bother coming up with convoluted methods of sneaking in when the game literally throws you an over exaggerated easy mode? its not like you have to learn to utilizes any of the over padding features they spent so much time to include. think of it like playing a game like super metroid where you have to gain and learn new skills and equipment to progress thru the challenges thrown at you. but instead of said challenges its just a straight line to run with no road blocks that make you use the new skills and equipment you spent time getting. makes all of that stuff they throw in more pointless than it initially was.

The bionic arm was still there after hitting the mirror, it's just his other arm. It's a confusing perspective because he appears behind the mirror in the same stance as his mirrored image, making his punching arm his normal arm and the arm by his side his bionic arm. Hopefully you can understand this.

I think the game would be the game would have been the GOTY if the story was like 5-6 chapters with the story covering the entire 10 year gap between MGS5 and Metal Gear and end with old venom snake preparing to fight solid snake. But with this story it feels like you're just pointlessly infiltrating little soviet outpost with no purpose whatsoever.

To be fair, konami was giving kojima a lot of crap and was pressing him to release the game soon so they can give him the boot. There was a ton of content that could've been added if konami wasn't such a toxic company. One of the things you would've been able to do is take an enemy soldier in while the rest are searching and tell him to report on the radio that he didn't find anything. I figure the game is all together, only about 60% complete.

It has its issues but to say it's bad is disingenuous. The game is not bad at all, despite being light on story, which most people forgive given the crapshow drama and bad blood between Kojima and Konami towards the end of its development cycle. Even if you didn't enjoy the game, doesn't make others wrong in having liked it, it's called opinions, and everyone is entitled to their own. Besides, if this game is so bad why are you here on a cutscene most everyone else is enjoying? Leave people to like whatever they like. It is an amazing game for people able and willing to see past its few and relatively minor flaws.
