Metal Mario is not some robot version of Mario like most of you guys believe. Instead it is one of Mario’s forms from Mario 64. And in Mario 64 when you acquire the metal cap it states “you are now invulnerable to any harm!”. This is METAL Mario. And base Mario has killed the god of time and space, so combine that with the Metal form… and yeah.. not even that close tbh.
