I like when You really hear that the bands comes from different corners of the world. I mean if You take the African metal group Arka'n... or the Indian Bloodywood it is a nice touch when they have their accents. As a Swede I'm spoiled with close to perfect English in our bands but if You listen real close You can hear the Nordic accents... and that's the charm for me! It would be too boring if everyone have perfect English!

One minute you were saying how Asians are better than anyone else and next minute you are bored with extensive solos done by Asian . You can't put Miyako and Midori in any ethnic or gender category. They happen to be incredible guitarists/musicians and awesome human beings. So are Asami, Miho and Haruna. You might have been honest in your opinion but that is what all the ignorant bigots say about opinions relate to other races... that they were being honest... And the saddest part is they don't even know what they are saying or doing is hurting the ones affected. You should have just said how incredible those guitarists were without mentioning them being Asians.

For native English and American reactors, Asami's accent doesn't matter, for me also her English just sounds like English. And they have fans not only in English speaking countries where the differences in pronunciation are not felt like for example South America.

You keep your 30 second solos, we'll take our technical wizard gods and their 3 minutes shreds any day. Also, it only takes a short time to get use to an accent, I hear every word she says clearly after 3 days of listening to them. Have everything they've released. They are the best power metal band in 30 years since Maiden and Priest hands down. PS, all their stuff is this way, pure power, speed, symphonic clean thrash metal, technical lengthy solos and the beautiful metal wail of Asami...so ya might want to steer clear of them since you don't like those things...lol

This band of insanely talented women play Power, Thrash and Ballads and are FLAWLESS especially LIVE. Forget the MVs which are good but the LIVE performances are awesome. Try Scream for Me LIVE (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/b7WXZ8qnuLvRc6M.html) to get a taste of the insanity. They took all the 80's glory days of metal and mixed in some Dragon Force and elevated it to a whole new level with a bluesy vocalist who sings in English. Experiencing Lovebites is like driving a Lamborghini at top speed on the open road, the trill of flawless musicians is amazing!!!

Cmq questo è il singolo più "scrauso" se mi passi il termine molto regionale. Ci sono pezzi più recenti decisamente migliori. Cmq sia io che il Rossi pensiamo tu debba provare altre band sempre Giapponesi, tipo le Band Maid, le DollsBoxx e la Wagakki Band. Secondo noi con loro ti diverti di più sia per differenza di stili che per approccio.

A very fair and thoughtful reaction, I really like Lovebites but you're right that sometimes their solos can go on a bit without feeling like they're adding much relevant musical information, they're mostly pretty good at avoiding that pitfall though IMO. I think the solo in this track is good, but I'm not sure it needed two trades back and forth before the harmony section, nor that ascending 16th note pull off pattern at the very end of it. It felt like the ascending whole-tone unison bends were already bring the solo section to it's logical conclusion before the ascending 16th note pull off pattern. I'm not sure we needed another 12 bars and ~20 seconds of them moving a pattern up through the steps of the scale on the end of an already pretty indulgent solo section. My personal taste of course, sometimes a long solo works really well, but there's certainly something to be said for setting some limits to how long your solos will be so you have to figure out what you want to say musically in the most effective way. Vocal pronunciation isn't so much of an issue for me, for me the criticism I would sometimes have of the vocals is when they get a little thrashier I'd like to hear her add a little more grit into her voice. Also, ignore what the rabid fanbois are saying, unfortunately fanboiism can become particularly toxic when combined with the truly jaw dropping levels of simping these female bands can induce.
