@@MrFRNTIK a lot of djent/thall bands will play the kind of scales common on sitar, but on guitar, and just use a really clean tone, an octaver pedal, and a shitload of reverb

I'd love to have one. I'm sure I'll get one someday. Actually I'm playing in a kind of open D tune on my guitar since some years ago just for practising Ragas. Last year I have played Sitar for the first time (in a class) and it's like a drug. Most hypnotical instrument I've ever played (I played bag pipe by the way 😅). I need one Sitar 🤤
