Very helpful. I have one question tho, are there momentary type of buttons that would light up when given power and change color when turned on? For example a self-starter or an engine start button on a motorbike that would turn red when ignition is on and would turn blue when turned on and the engine is running? Or does it have to be a latching button for it to do that? Thank you.

Hello, according to your description, I think you probably need a self-replications button switch with multiple colors. For example, the red light is the default state, and the green light is the state when the circuit is powered on. When the circuit is powered off, the color can be changed to the red light.However, I don't know much about the details of the circuit, because we are only a supplier of buttons, and you need to test them personally

I used momentary switch to unlock my gas tank using but the wire that is tapped to motorcycle acc wire was burned?what did i do wrong?

Maybe the current of the button switch you purchased is smaller than the environment you are using, causing the wire to be burned.

No. You can press it once then return to its original. Unlike latching it's stay on position when you press it once then it returns after you pressed it again
