In this video, you will see how to make a UPVC door . we cut the frame with a cutting machine ,and we using a milling copier, we replace the fasteners and handles in one of the cut sheets that is to be used as a folding ,And for welding the profiles, a device is used that includes a heating element and these elements can be heated up to 300 ° C. The temperature required for welding UPVC profiles is at least 240 ° C.

Can't believe they use a single headed welder for 90 degree angles and not using air tools when the workshop has air for the welders etc . Then fit the panels to be removed when fitting so you can toe and heel the door

చాలా బాగుంది. అయితే ఎక్కడా కూడా వీటినే ఎందుకు కొనాలి అనే విషయం చెప్పలేదు. అనాదిగా వస్తున్న కర్ర ఉక్కు కలిపి వాడుతున్న ద్వారాలు కిటికీలు వదిలి ఈ ప్లాస్టిక్ తో చేసినవి ఎందుకు కొనాలో దాని వలన లాభమేంటో చెప్ప లేదు. ఈ వీడియో కూడా .మీరేదో అడిగారు కాబట్టి మేమేదో చూపిస్తున్నాం అన్నట్టు గా ఉంది కాని దీని గురించి ఆ కంపెనీ వారికి చెప్పే ఉద్దేశం లేదు. మధ్య తరగతి వారు ఇవి ఎందుకు కొనాలి దాని వలన వారికి కలిగే లాభమేంటి అనేది ఏమీ చెప్పలేదు. ఈ వీడియో వలన లాభమేంటి.
