Fractal Universe got one of the most satisfying discography in metal right now.

It's like Gorod, Means End, sikTh, and Psycroptic had a baby with Opeth, Haken, Extol, and Ephel Duath.

I don't usually like clean vocals like this, but I can hear the Cynic influences and think this band definitely has great things going for it. Great musicianship and song writing, they've got a new fan.

Just listened to this album on Spotify earlier today, and wow, I am extremely impressed! I've seen some playthroughs and heard a few songs from you guys before, but you all absolutely outdid yourselves with this album. Very progressive, but still memorable, structured, and even fun at times. Beautiful record! Man, it's gonna be hard to pick a top 10 this year! 🤘🤘

I have been pumped for this album since they released the video for "A Clockwork Expectation." It has exceeded my expectations by a mile! This is a masterpiece and my favorite album this year! Keep it up guys!

This for Guitar Hero (or better Clone Hero) or Beat Saber will be so sick! The rhythm changes are epic and the atmosphere, the change between singing and growling all make sense, the solos are exquisite... I could go on. But long story short, this is a great album!

I always say it and now i reaffirm it, Metal Blade Records is a blue ribbon label, they are the best label. My dream is that they sign Helloween and Paradise Lost, I know that together they would do a beautiful job without a doubt... My favorite bands and my favorite label together, it would be something truly apotheosis.

This album has definitely developed into one of my favorites this year. Has some great riffs basically in every song, as well as really cool, memorable vocal hooks and overall just great songwriting. The drumming is in your face and harsh when it needs to be but also finely nuanced to keep it varied. The clean vocals feel a bit weird sometimes but are actually right up my alley. They remind me of Alkaloid's Morean whose vocal deliveries i very much appreciate, too. Harsh vocals sound awesome, as well. Especially the beginning to Falls of the Earth sounds like pure destruction. Bass work is great and the guitar solos are extremely well written and executed. Very emotive. My two favorite songs are A Comsmological Arch and espacially Epitaph. The tasty guitar solo and transition to the epic main hook afterwords simply get me every time!
