I've been watching this video since I was sixteen, and now that I'm twenty one I can honestly say it hasn't lost its touch in any sense.

I think not a lot of people "get" Dillinger cause its music is way ahead of its time. It's futuristic in some way. I remember checking Miss Machine for the first time and putting it aside, and then, as the music sank in me, I picked it up again and haven't looked back since. One of the best albums out there. Not only fierce and powerful but also innovative, creative, hard to describe. It takes preparation though and openmindedness, things that are not common to most people

This has to be my favorite breakdown DEP does simply cause they come back so strong and violent. It's sick...

Honestly, it's pretty damn weird for a band like Dillinger to play an in-store show. These guys get away with way too much for their sound - I love it.

@emiloversej So THIS is where We'll Die Smiling got their sound from. I remember being into Converge for about a month, but got a tad bored of them. Every time I listen to a new band I end up going "Fuck it. Dillinger." and stop again.

A7X are good, but they're a COMPLETELY different style from Dillinger so I'm not sure why people are even arguing about it o_O It's like comparing Motorhead and Linkin Park, 2 fucking awesome bands but VERY different ones. I like them both but really don't understand why people even brough A7X up in this context... o_O Also, the singer just upset me. He's fit, a good singer/screamer, and then he goes and shows he has a good sense of humour aswell?! H'es becoming way too perfect now...

True to that, but some bands do it so damn well. Bands that aren't "hardcore" typically are the ones that perform a breakdown in the most interesting manner.

I'm so mad i missed this show because of something as stupid as work. I got there at pretty much the last note they played. I've seen Dillinger 13 times! I vow never to miss them in the NYC/Tri-State Area again.

Dude, if they release a new record sooner or later and it turns out just being like a rough punk album, I'm going to cry probably. I think with the way Greg's vocals are turning out in live shows he just won't be able to pull out something THIS heavy again. He can't do his harsh vocals anymore. It's all just one monotone shout anymore from what I've seen.

daughters is one of the worst bands i've ever had the displeasure of sitting through. they got heckled so bad they literally stopped playing for about 10 minutes, but unfortunately finished their set after that. they weren't even playing music, i seriously watched the guitarists slide up and down the neck hitting notes that had no context. they are awful and i guess after the show they were trying to sell heroin balloons. FUCKING AWESOME.
