My friend fainted just before Metallica came on stage that day too. He managed to recover in time to to enjoy the did. we were only a few metres from the front. Incredible that they managed to perform so well in the heat too.

Agree 100 percent. Justice was the album that got me into Metallica. It came out in 88 when I was 12. It is their best album imo. I love all the songs on the album, but shortest straw is my favorite

You guys have been KILLING IT these last two years. Been a metallica fan all my life, there has never been a point in my life where metallica WASNT a part of my life. Ill admit though, from like 2012-2018 the live performances were good, but this….something about these last 2 years has changed and changed for the better. Its like they got the fire and the hunger back. I can actually hear the bass drums, and just the quality, doesnt seem like their going through the motions anymore, for a bit there thats what it seemed like. Fuckin loving these videos every week. Sounds absolutely AMAZING on my vizio sound system. Really hoping they come back to Baltimore sometime soon, id be there in a heartbeat. Its the #1 thing on my bucket list, to see metallica live.

Regarding the live shows it seems that since Lars has tightened up his rhythm the whole band has just been reinvigorated. The shows look and sound amazing, look forward to these videos every time they come out.

Me too, want to see them at the Ravens stadium, missed it last time. Hard to believe it was 30 years ago on the Black tour, I looked at my brother in law after headbanging an hour straight "I'm getting to old for this." True story. i give them all due respect they are walking metal God's on this earth. Humans that found the fire and tend to it, with respect and love for one another and the metal community.

The slightly slower tempo makes a huge difference to the overall heaviness and a lets Lars drum fills really hit the spot. They are sounding as good as ever 💪

I love Metallica so much, but the way James starts to introduce a song is just wonderful, one of my favorite introductions is the one he does before playing Fuel. , It gives me a lot of shit to know that Metallica is going to be in Spain and I won't be... My friends and I use to play this song all the Time in our band, and 5:05 always…ALWAYS messed me up, I could never nail it. Just makes me appreciate this great performance all the more. This is a GREAT live song when executed like this. Well done.

Its kinda simple tho really, they always start the first beat at -have-, so you can pause for as long as you like, vocals starts off with "Aaall" and band jumps in at "have", then its just business as usual after that
