Funny, I can sing/play stuff like this but when the guitar tempo is different from the vocals (Harvester of Sorrow is a good example) I struggle like hell. I think these songs are so complex that you really have to make it muscle memory in order to play/sing at the same time, your guitar hands should be on autopilot because you've played the song so damn much.

@@nzbradmorgan Well for the most part, puppets rhythm/tempo is in sync with the lyrics, it's when the guitar part is not in sync with lyrics is when it becomes a pain in the ass.

@@USMCTexan I recommend just having all the help you can have to speed up the process Most songs i know how to play and sing are due to me learning to sing and play them separately on auto-pilot prior and playing along with full recordings, with tabs/notes/lyrics all laid out in front as well, helps a ton but i see how this song is quite hard to play along to)

lol mine will never break, I got an old fender Princeton 67 with 2 jack inputs with an electric guitar for 250$ when I was 15-16. The amp is worth 2000$ now and the guitar is worth 200-250$ 😂 at the time, my friend needed a new ratio and I needed an electric so it was good trade but the amp was still worth 800$ 😂 too bad she didn’t had any use for any of those items. The only downsides to the amp is that it’s heavy (bout 40 pounds) and it plays so fun loud that I just turn the volume at 0.01 and the windows start shakin from all the noise(very fun loud af), even if I put the guitar’s volume at minimum

If you know then you know how much of a real pain in the ass song it is to cover , But handsdown . Your Acoustics took it to a whole different level and dimension , levels in the Acoustic realm I didn't know even existed , not to forget how amazing and effortlessly easy you guys made it look and sound , and if there's one thing this song is anywhere not is easy. Absolutely Nailed it .

I remember trying to play this on guitar years ago and it takes a superhuman effort just to play small peices of that song correctly and at full speed. This was very impressive and I really enjoyed it.

I almost never comment, and this is one of those videos that really made me do it. Execution was superb. and the fact that this was done on acoustic guitars, im impressed. also the raw voice of the lead singer is really appealing, can't imagine how good it must be with a little reverb on a live stage! keep the good stuff.

Simply amazing. I've listened to like a hundred of covers of this masterpiece, like a dozen of them acoustic. Never had a feeling like this before. You've reached a level of perfection in so many ways. The cajon played like a whole drumkit, the singer seemingly havin the time of his life while playing that riffs to perfection.
