I haven't had time to listen yet, it didn't even dawn on me that that is his last show... Now it makes a little more sence why they put that show on cassette! Thanks for the comment -Ron

I SAW THIS (Master of Puppets) AT THE STORE yesterday but it was $25 and I just couldn't…..wanted it so much though.

The New Remastered Vinyl is like $17 on amazon, but you don't have a turn table and so what do you need with a record ;) LOL

Wow, that is so awesome. Sadly I do not have the capability to do a video. I am a huge collector of music. My fave band is KISS, then Lita, Stryper, Maiden, WASP, Watain. I have multiple copies of every KISS release, and the fist two solo Lita albums. That ZZ Top album Eliminator is awesome, I have to replace it since my cassette got warped. However Guardian is, OMG, "I'll Never Leave You" that opening guitar riff by Tony is massive, wish I could hear it on LP. I have it on cassette and cd but did not know it was ever on LP. I have multiple of so much stuff, I am always in fear of something happening and I LOVE giving away music. One time it got me in trouble because at times I have been suicidal and when I give stuff away people think I am going to do something. This is a cool idea from you. I am just like you. I am a LIFER metal head but I love the FLock of Seagulls, The Cure, The Church, a lot of stuff. I am a lifer metal head but hate being painted into a box like we are and as soon as we say we like a band we are called posuers. That Bruce album Tunnel of Love. That is the ONLY album if his I ever liked and that Heart Heart is awesome, I have multiples of that on LP and cassette. Some have different photos in them compared LP to cassette. SO there is always something, especially KISS 45 sleeves from around the world, I collect them. SO sadly, breaks my heart, I can't do a video, do not have he capability. Oh well, I lose out again. I had not paid attention before hand as to what the box actually includes,so this got me salivating. I hope it's already sold out so i don't have to pay who knows how much to get it. I must check anyway. Damn. Pasi

I don't usually spend this kind of money for box sets but I was able to save some money from a couple pin stripe jobs to get all three sets so I was alittle blessed there, but honestly I am loving the sets they are really cool.

I have the first two boxed sets, and love them both. I'm torn about whether I will buy this one. Master has always been my least favorite of their 80s albums. I actually never listen to it. I do like that the album covers have better album art. I like that they learned from the mistakes of the first two boxes, and love that there is a cassette in there as well. I don't like the fact that there are not more LPs. For that price I think there should be one or two more LPs.

Does the live lp and cassette come with a download card?

All the Lp's have download cards, I didn't see one for the cassette, but I'll look closer tonight and see if I missed something. I do know that most of it is on autorip if you buy in Amazon. Thanks for watching, and if you have any other questions feel free to ask. -Ron

How is the mix on this version? Is it still muffled and sound like shit, or did they remaster it? I am so scared to buy Metallica on blackened because of the sound quality issues, and everytime I see that label I just pass it by.

With the exception of And Justice...all of the Blackened albums I have bought sound better than the original pressings that I had. I ended up selling my originals because of that.

John I will be listening and comparing them today, but I can tell you that looking at both side by side they have different catalogue numbers so I'm hoping it is a better mix! We'll see.

Just an update, I have listened to both Blackened versions back to back a couple of times and the Remastered does have a better mix, It reminds me a lot more of whet I remember the album sounding like.
