DanTheArk Well their first two albums utilized Reverb so I would say no. They stopped using Reverb in Master Of Puppets when Flemming told them it would make its sound farther and less heavier.

James is the main song writer and creative force behind that band: past, present, and future. It's a fact that is well documented in books and interviews, even by Cliff himself. John Entwistle was doing the same stuff Cliff was doing at least a decade before Cliff did. The one song Cliff contributed the most was Orion but even that song was co-written by James. You're deifying Cliff to ahistorical prominence because he died in such a tragic way.
