@@marcogarcia4197 Ex-A.S.H -- I think that's the more important link… There are 34 other Sakura Girls besides Suzuka and Miko but only a few (e.g. Ayami) sing as well as those two.

@@Soufriere84 There are several who can, well. Not as good as Su, but certainly as well as Miko, actually. Ayami, Hinata, Hana (maybe), Saki, Mirena, Aiko, Maaya, Marin (who needs to get rid of that nazaliness before she can move onto bigger things) Miki and Yume.

This isn't a "tribute" group, it's Babymetal's _sister-group_ -- same producer + composers, different concept + songs. You're not likely to ever hear Su-metal cover "Crazy J" (unless she really wants to)

@@JerryMetal more like a reborn Sakura Gakuin 2.0 mixed with BABYMETAL. For me, it's how they used to be, with Yui - kawaii as hell, young and full of energy. Don't get me wrong, I love current, more mature BABYMETAL, but I miss those times a lot as well. And here we have them, at least for me.

Came here to say that. Great song, wonderful performance, Miko(?) is fantastic, but the other ladies need to be heard too. Babymetal has many wonderful things, and one of them are the vocals from Moa, Yui and Momo. I'd love to hear all of Metalverse, the parts are there in the song.

Of the other girls, we know Miki Yagi and Yume Nozaki can sing. I don't know about Kokona Kato, and Sakia Kimura (birthday girl [15!]) has grown so much that her voice has likely changed a lot since 2020.

The other girls are just dancers. Metalverse is not Babymetal with more girls. It´s a completely different band design. The line-up will change a lot over time, I guess.

@mindphlux1899 That's a shame, I always thought Moa, Yui and Moa turned the dial up to 11; Su and the Kami band are 10/10 by themselves, it's the dance and backing vocals that lift Babymetal into greatness I think. Metalverse are missing a trick if they don't let the dancers sing and engage the crowd.

FOX_FESTのファンカムを見ていて気がついたんですが、Crazy Jのコールアンドレスポンスが始まるところ、美湖ちゃんが「埼玉スーパーアリーナー！」と叫んでいる後ろで、咲愛とここなが一瞬ですが手でハートマークを作って見せ合ってるんですよね。豊洲ピットではどうだったかを確認したくて、こちらのライブMVを改めてよく見てみたら、左から右へと移動しながら手でハートマークを作ってここなに見せていたのは、咲愛ではなく八木美樹ちゃんでした！その直後、彼女がアップになるシーンでも、おそらく観客に向けてハートマークを見せてます。ここなちゃんはこれを受け継いだんでしょうね。さすが八木師匠、しっかりMetalverseにも爪痕を残していったんですね。

This is wonderful! So, this is basically a metal swing song, complete with the girls performing the Charleston to it! It’s bonkers, but it works for some reason. They are incredibly in sync with each other and are fun to watch. The vocalist, especially, is a superb singer and dancer and really owns the stage-and is almost too pretty. If that’s possible! Can anyone tell me who the five girls are and are they former SG ‘Super Ladies’? Cheers
