We only use constantin or magnanin wire the resistivity of these metals is very high and the temperature coefficient of these wires is very low (dependence of resistivity on temperature is very low). Thus their resistance does not vary with temperature.

We use constantant and manganin because it provides more resistivity but less temperature coefficient to reduce the heating effect caused by the wire while the current flows for a longer time

Because constantan wire offer high resistance to the circuit and its temperature coefficient for resistance is low so it expands less
