The other videos didn't say that methi had to be boiled and I knew their curry would taste bitter. But I followed your recipe last year and it tasted out of this world! Winters are back and I know I'm makin this yummilicious recipe again this year.

1-konsa cream aap use kiye hain 2-which cream,did you use for it 3-wiping cream /or cooking cream 4-how can we know the cream 5-in Gulf cooking cream is very thin liquid not a thick,and not tasty for indian cooking recipe plz plz say me

You can use Amul Fresh Cream or Full Fat Milk Cream (Malai). You can even get the fresh cream from any dairy shop.
