Mam ap na autoclave ma explain nhi kiya shells present hotay h steam kysai entry hotai h jacket ma aur phir waha sa kysai chamber ma jatay h ...aur b kch h is ma Jo apna explain nhi kiya aur advantages aur disadvantages ap na nhi mention kiya ...kyu autoclave use krna padha ...aur apnai temp aur pressure b explain nhi kiya jysai 121c for 15 min 15psi 126c for 10min 20psi 134 for 3min 30 psi Yeh b explain nhi kiya agr ap yeh explain krti lecture bht interesting aur masti bnd jata... ma abi khud padh rha hn ott course h mera ludhyana ma ct university ma 4th sem ma
