Hello,
since a Quality of Life (QoL) update recently appeared in the game, aimed at improving the "life" quality, I decided to exchange three alchemy stones that were not perfect to close the circle and settle the matter once and for all - thereby improving my quality of life during farming. In the future, there may be an exchange of sapphires, but as long as I am not yet assembling PvP equipment, this is sufficient.
The video presents a comparison between an excellent ruby with average defense value and one with average resistance value - in several aspects - against physical mobs on Yohar (deer, Ki masters), mixed mobs - attacking with skills and physical damage (Kao, Yeti), as well as in PvP - physical hits and skills. Why did I test skills? Because defense reduces damage from skills - to what extent? You'll see in the video.
I realize that the video is long and may be boring, but I wanted to capture all types of hits - criticals, penetrations, etc. I did not speed up the clips so that individual hits could be observed.
In the end, Jadeite 1xHP vs. 2xHP - what is the actual difference, and thanks to the courtesy of ScottishQ - a comparison of damage: mythic matte ruby perfect vs. mythic excellent ruby with resistance value.
