If you bought the phone it should be unlocked right away you should not have to wait 6 or 12 months as you are paying full price for the phone if you are an existing customer.

Yes it was better when Metro was on its own and was not owned by TMobile, they had the lowest prices, better CS and even tech support was knowledgeable

By switching id save $480 dollars. By next year I could a decent phone from next year For $480 I don't have any reason to use metro any longer if I'm paying 60 with no benefits 😅

People don't need a new phone every year, as long as it makes calls, your able to text and look stuff up online, as not much changes only the price increase
