See! This is the start of Robinsons plan to shift to lifestyle mall trend, for sure this will also be replicated in their other township projects soon. For sure other affiliate stores of Robinsons will open there such as Robinsons department store, no brand, daiso Japan, pet lovers center, or even another Robinsons supermarket for more shopping options, another H&M or Uniqlo perhaps . Madami pa pwede mag open na stores in months to come in time for the holidays

For me although not luxury, the Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Galleria Cebu and Robinsons Galleria South were very current designed (not boxy) malls able to hold up against the SM and Ayalas mostly boxy designs. Hey, but the more players in the game… the greater the choices. ❤️🇵🇭💥 And this is from coming from a Californian where the retail industry here has nearly come to a halt! 😩

Ganda nito, similarity sa Podium Archi Style, irregular shaped ang sa mga ceiling at mga business spaces and halls. Boring nga ang panay square o rectang at kaunting curves shaped lang ang exterior interiors. Nakaka ligaw nga lang.👌👍

kerlasttt mak ayam, mall baru nmpk havoc gitu, hopefully boleh lwn dgn siam paragon bangkok, pacific place jakarta atau pavilion kuala lumpur. tp tulah transport nak pegi tu traffic jam. hopefully, kawasan area around the malls should be as orchard road singapore. the whole area i mean should be vibrant, pasang lampu lip lap lip lap mcm christmas, every day is christmas then thousand will flocked on weekdays and weekend giteww.. 😊 ko mampu nokk!

I think the most impressive thing in this video is that massive statue The Victor. The mall facade and interior is beautiful just not really a good place to shop since it’s like 95% empty.

Sayo lang boring, di naman ganon nagwowork ang retail business, Yung mga nakikita mong stores na palagi na lang nakikita sa mga mall, mga established na sila siguradong magtatagal, yung mga ibang baguhan ilang buwan pa lamang closed na, yun kasing kilalang brands tinatangkilik ng mga tao.

they are building a township there, mga condos in the area are all high end, at may mga offices na di sila jan, dun pa lng pag natapos na mga condos jan at may mga nakatira na may market na agad sila, Saka Parklinks by Ayala is katabi lng din ng township na yan, Ayala also have mall na tinatayo, soo that area will boom, may mga jeep nman na dumadaan jan papuntang Eastwood.
